Graduated in electrical engineering from the Pontifícia Univesidade Católica de Minas Gerais - PUC - MG. He graduated also in electrical technician by the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnlógica de Minas Gerais - CEFET-MG.

He has more than 30 years of experience in design, management and supervision of works of transmission lines for national and multinational companies.

Elaborated several basic and detail design for high and extra high voltage transmission lines in AC (230 kV to 750 kV) and DC (600 kV and 800 kV) in Brazil and abroad (Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Panama, Suriname, French Guiana, Angola, Saudi Arabia).

It specializes in PLS-CADD (Software Transmission Line project), having held several training of this software for companies in Brazil and abroad.
Developed several tools for development of basic and detail design for transmission lines.
